Application for Adoption

We adopt to prospective guardians who are 25 years of age and older. The customary adoption donation is between $200 and $250. We understand that these fees seems large however they defray the costs of spaying/neutering, testing, vaccinating, housing, feeding and micro-chipping our dogs, but rarely, if ever, cover all expenses that the rescue has invested in saving the animal that you are choosing to become part of your family.  We are a non-profit organization so all adoption fees are tax deductible!

We have included a downloadable application, in PDF format, for those families who have seen an animal they are seriously interested in adopting. Please fill it out and bring it to our adoption event with you! Our goal is to place pets in permanent, loving homes.  BY completing our application we can minimize the risk of a failed adoption and find the companion that is compatible for your family and lifestyle.  Please keep in mind that we do not adopt dogs on a “first come, first served” basis, but rather make every attempt to match families with the most compatible pets.
